Available in all grades of carbon steel and stainless steel i.e. Product content parts AISI 316 & 304 and are crevice free. Temp. Sensor, Level sensor, Conductivity sensor, PH sensor are provided for higher standardization of processing module through control panel with PLC & HMI. The plant consist the followings machines & equipments
(a) Tray Dryer: This is require to dry the raw material through heating air to maintain the best quality finished product and its hygienic.
(b) Main Mixing Vessel (Contra Type): Vacuum Operated, Agitated, Jacketed for heating & cooling type.
The mixer is designed & fabricated to withstand perfect vacuum applied during the process for optimum mixing & to eliminate air entrapment as surfactant has tendency of forming suds. The vessel shall have a shell of suitable thickness with a dished bottom and flanged top dish made out of S.S. 316 L plate. There is provision of bottom entry homogenizer in the same vessel which homogenizes all ingredients. The vessel shall be suitable for 700 mm vacuum and internal pressure of 3 Kgs/cm2 through vacuum pump. There will be a suitable outlet provided for the product discharge.
(c) Wax/Oil Phase Vessel: Oil/Wax are heated separated in this Mixing Vessel & finally transferred into Main Batch Mixing Vessel, where High speed Emulsifier/homogenizer creates laminar thinning of material & forms emulsion.
(d) Water Phase Vessel : Water are heated separated in this Vessel & finally transferred into Main Batch Mixing Vessel, where high speed Emulsifier/homogenizer creates laminar thinning of material & forms emulsion.
(e) Transfer Pump (Twin Lobe type): This pumps are extensively used in transferring finished batch of Shampoo/Cream/Pack/Lotion/Gel to downstream Equipment. Mainly to storage tank. These pumps are used for faster discharge of finished batch to storage vessel.
(f) Storage Vessel: Storage Vessel is required to store the Finished Batch Product. Number of storage vessel will be require for each items i.e shampoo , cream, pack, lotion , Gel .
(g) Oil Heating Vessel: This heating vessel requires heating the oil. Heated oil will circulated to the all jacketed (main mixer, wax phase vessel, water phase vessel) for uniformity heating.
(h) Chiller Unit : This unit require for chilled water circulation ( for cooling process) : Temp : 1 c – 4 c
(i) Transfer Pump (Reciprocating, positive displacement & Metering type: This pump is used to transfer finished batch product from storage vessel to hopper of Filling Machine (Tube filling /bottle filling) . This pump doses “metered quantity” of shampoo/cream/ lotion into the hopper of filling machine, which suit filling rate of filling machine. It controls the feedback system between filling machine and pump.
(j) Mobile CIP (Clean-in-Place): This equipment helps to clean the all equipment and easy to handle and friendly user.
(k) Product Pipe Line & Fitting & Working Platform: Water Phase vessel to Main Mixer through pump & conical filter, Wax Phase vessel to Main Mixer through pump & conical filter, Mixer for re-circulation with three way valve, Storage Vessel to transfer pump, and other piping line fitting as per drawing.
(l) All furniture and Fixture: Table/stool, Scoop, and other handling equipment as per requirement of uses. All will be made of SS-304 , SS-316L
